Reservation policy
Stay
Minimum 3-night stay on weekends with statutory vacations. Subsequent nights are offered at 50% of the price.
All cottages, excluding Swiss Inn and Norwegian, 7-night minimum stay in high summer season (end of June to end of August). Arrivals and departures on Fridays.
All chalets, excluding the Swiss Inn and the Norvégien, are reserved for the winter season. The winter season begins on the Monday after the first weekend following the first week of New Year's Day. Departure is the last Friday in April.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The balance of your reservation will be charged to your credit card 30 days before your arrival at the chalet.
Arrival / Departure
Once the security deposit has been paid, ideally 2 days before your arrival, a detailed e-mail including the address and access code will be sent to you.
Arrival time: 4:45 pm
Departure time: 11:00 a.m.
Would you like to arrive earlier or leave later?
It's possible if the chalet is not rented. Just let us know a few days before your arrival.

It is possible for our customers to request that their personal information not be used for statistical or marketing purposes for our company.

Rates shown in the price list are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable GST (5%), QST (9.975%) and lodging tax (3.5%).

Accepted payment methods are :
